Our 768sf units have the below features:
-32' wide by 24' deep.
-There are two roll up doors that are 8' wide by 7' tall
-Ceiling height is 7' 10"
-Each unit has its own mailing address.
-Internet & Electric available (not included in price).
-Electricity Specs: 40amps, Single-Phase, 120v/240v.
-Each tenant is on their own electrical meter and their own electrical service panel. What that means to you is if your neighbor trips a breaker, it doesn't interrupt your electrical service. If you trip a breaker, you can reset it yourself (no need to wait for landlord to access some electrical panel that you don't have access to).
-On-site maintenance guy working Monday-Friday.
-Water, Trash, Recycling, Lawn care, Common Area Maintenance, Real Estate Taxes, and Building Insurance is all included with your rent.
-We have an excellent group of tenants with a great atmosphere
-Located in Largo, Florida: close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa.

There is no bathroom inside the unit, there are shared private bathrooms at the end of each building. There is no water access inside unit.

We require a $60 credit and criminal background check for move in. Minimum lease term is 6 months.
