About Us: Warehouse and Storage Rentals is a family owned and operated commercial real estate listing business. We specialize in connecting landlords with tenants. We focus on small workshops, warehouses, garage-type space, manufacturing facilities, flex space, small office space, hobby shops, boat storage, RV Parking, and industrial land.

Prospective Tenant FAQ:

1.       What does it cost for your services?
Answer: $0.00. There are no costs to prospective tenants. Landlords pay us for our services.

2.       Do I have to sign a contract with you?
Answer: No. You do not need to sign any contracts with us. Any contracts you sign will be between you and the landlord.

3.       Do you have any listings that aren’t listed?
Answer: We might. Some landlords don't want their listings posted on the internet. There are various legitimate reasons for this. Please tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know if we have anything that meets your needs.

Landlord’s: We offer a variety of services. We can handle as much or as little of your listing as you'd like. We can draft the information, take the photos, list your property, conduct on-site tours, and negotiate the lease terms if required.
